Strigoium
Terms of Service
Listed below is a baseline TOS for all commissions I offer. Depending on the nature of the commission, some of these terms can be adjusted as discussed between the artist and commissioner.
Failure to comply with an established ToS could result in the artist refusing future services.
The commissioner may post the artwork they paid for on social media, but the artist's watermark/signature must remain unaltered. The artist must be credited either through tags or in the description of the post (@strigoium).The commissioner cannot resell the artwork. The commissioner is only permitted to use the artwork for nonprofit use.The artwork is not permitted to be inserted into image-generating AI engines, such as, DALL•E or Stable Diffusion. The artwork can be used as a tattoo only on the body of the commissioner. The artist will send progress photos of the initial sketch, line art, and flat colors.
The commissioner can ask for updates or request minor changes at any time.
Major changes can only be done in the sketch phase. If given a deadline after the artist has begun working, or if the deadline is changed to be earlier, the artist will charge a $5 (USD) rush fee.
Rush fees will still apply even if the order is not finished at the time requested. If a commission is finished before it is completely paid, the commissioner will receive a low-resolution watermarked file of the artwork. Once any outstanding balances are paid, the commissioner will receive the high-resolution file without the watermark overlay. All sales are final, changes cannot be made once the commission is complete. Any outstanding balances must be paid within two weeks of the order's completion.Commissions can be cancelled up until the flat colors have been established. The commissioner will receive the incomplete artwork and will be refunded the appropriate amount based off how complete the commission was at the time of cancellation.
Any outstanding balances remaining must still be paid. The artist reserves the right to use the completed artwork in portfolios, social media posts, and promotional materials. The commissioner can request to be tagged in social media posts. The commissioner's personal information, such as their name and contact information, will always remain private.
