Terms of Service

The terms listed below are for Freelance Commission options. For commercial work, please contact me.As the artist, I reserve the right to deny service for any request I deem goes against my ToS or makes me uncomfortable.

Anything listed as +18 requires a valid ID.All transactions are in USD (US Dollars). More information on payment will be on the commission home page.Failure to comply with my ToS will result in blacklisting (meaning you will be unable to order a commission from me in the future).You may post the artwork you paid for on social media, but the watermark must remain unaltered and you must credit me in the description or tag me in the post.
Failure to credit me will first result in a warning and then a blacklist.You may not resell my artwork. You can pay someone or a company to have it printed on posters, shirts, etc, but only for nonprofit use.You may not insert my artwork into image-generating AI engines, such as DALL•E or Stable Diffusion.You may not sell a character I designed for you.You may use a design you have paid for as a tattoo. If your tattoo artist wants or needs my permission to put my art on your body send me their contact information and your name.
None of my other artworks are allowed to be used as tattoos unless specified.I will automatically send progress photos of the initial sketch, line art, and flat colors.
You can ask for updates or request minor changes at any time. Please note that the longer you wait to ask for a minor change, the more likely it will be that I cannot make that change.
Major changes can only be done in the sketch phase.If you need the commission done by a certain date or timeframe, please let me know before you pay so I can make sure I have the time to complete your order.If you give a due date after I have begun working, the order may not be completed in time and I may charge a $5 rush fee.
Rush fees will still apply even if the order is not finished at the time you requested.If I finish a commission before you pay any remaining money owed, you will receive a copy of the finished artwork with a large watermark overlayed across the picture. Once your order is completely paid off you will be sent the final piece without the overlayed watermark.Once a commission is completed, you cannot get a refund, cancel the order, or request changes. All sales are final and any remaining amount of money owed must be paid within one month of the order's completion. Failure to pay any remaining amount of money owed within this timeframe will result in blacklisting.If you cancel your order, you will receive the incomplete commission as is and you will be reimbursed the appropriate amount based off how complete the commission was at the time of cancellation. The closer a commission is to being done, the less you will receive as a refund.If you have lost a commission file from me, or want it in a different file format, let me know and I can resend it.
If you have been blacklisted and lost the files of a commission, I will not resend it.Any commissions I complete may be posted online. I will tag or mention you if I post your commission to any social media site, but you can request to be anonymous.
If you do not want me to post your commission let me know in advance.All commissions may potentially be used in portfolios and resumes. I will not list your personal info unless I have your permission to. More than likely I will not have to list your personal information.
